Make Bible exploration engaging and interactive with the Birthday Verse Activity, a creative way to enhance Scripture navigation skills! This activity helps students become familiar with the locations of the 66 books of the Bible and how to navigate to specific chapters and verses within them.
❗️ How It Works ❗️
Students are quickly engaged in this project because they use their own birth month as the chapter number and their birth day as the verse number (e.g., an August 24th birthday corresponds to 8:24). Using a structured worksheet, they navigate to their Birthday Verse in every book of the Bible in a search for one verse that resonates with them —whether as a life goal, a source of encouragement, or a meaningful memory verse.
What Participants Gain:
✅️Stronger Bible Navigation Skills: Quickly locate books, chapters, and verses.
✅️Deeper Scripture Familiarity: Recognize book order and chapter lengths.
✅️Personal Connection: Find one special verse that uses the student's own birthday as a reference.

Perfect for grades 5 through adults! Youth groups, Bible studies, homeschool students, Sunday school classes, women’s groups, and family time.
Two Versions Included:
❇️Version 1 (Teal Bordered)
Designed for families, youth groups, and women’s Bible studies, this version can be completed in about an hour. It includes a fun, optional craft activity where participants create a decorated Birthday Verse bookmark and then share their chosen verse with each other.
